Exchange & Returns webshop purchases
- You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs (provided the entire order is returned). Only the costs for returning from your home address to the online store are at your own expense.
Please note: If we do not receive your return within 14 days after approval of the return request, we will be forced to deduct 50% of the voucher total that is returned due to loss of turnover! This applies up to a maximum of 3 weeks after approval of the return request, after which the return will no longer be accepted and you can expect your order to be returned upon payment of the shipping costs.
The costs for returning webshop purchases are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
However, you can return your package more cheaply via our MyParcel returns page . You then pay €6.95 instead of €7.25 for packages within the Netherlands. You can also choose to have a return sticker printed at a PostNL point via a barcode that you receive on your phone. This costs €0.10 extra.
- If you return part of your order, we will try to refund the amount to your bank account within 3-7 working days or we will adjust your Klarna invoice.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can register your return via this page . We will then refund the order amount due for your return as quickly as possible (provided the product has already been returned in good order).
You can use our model right of withdrawal form to return your items, but this is not mandatory. As indicated above, the easiest way to register your return is through our returns center . If you would like to use the model form, click here to download it.

You can then send the return back (at your own expense). As a tip, we would like to give you a track & trace code for your package. Lost shipments will not be credited without proof of shipment with track & trace code. Sending letterbox mail is always at your own risk.

Rules and procedures for webshop returns:
- The item bears our price tag, is undamaged, has not been worn/washed and should not have any tobacco odor, perfume odor or make-up stains.
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
- The amount owed by us will be refunded to you in the same manner as you paid.
- Items purchased in our boutique can only be exchanged in the boutique and therefore cannot be returned by post. All purchases made via the webshop can be returned by post or in the store. This does not apply to items that have been tried on in the store and subsequently ordered online, as it will then have been possible to consider whether the item(s) are as desired or not.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
We kindly ask you to leave the packaging of the items below unopened or sealed for hygiene reasons, otherwise they will be excluded from returns:

Free Boutique collection service
If you choose the "Collection" option, the order will be ready for you in the boutique no later than 4 hours after you have ordered after payment has been received. The 14-day return policy starts from the moment of payment. If the order is picked up later than these 14 days, you are no longer entitled to exchange/return.
