Delivery & FAQs
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 17:00 the same day. However, we do not always succeed in complying with this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If we have different delivery times for a product, we will mention this on the relevant product page. If for some reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
If you live nearby, we offer you the opportunity to choose the option "Pick up" during the checkout process in step 1. If you choose this option, the order will be ready for you within 4 hours after receiving the payment. You will receive an email when your order is ready. The 14-day return right starts from the moment of payment. If the order is collected later than these 14 days, you no longer have the right to exchange / return.
If you live in Sittard, you will automatically, by entering your zip code (6130, 6131, 6132, 6133, 6134, 6135, 6136 & 6137), the option to choose the free extra service "local delivery". We will do our best to deliver your order to your home within 24/48 hours.
