Cancellation policy for shop appointment

Dresses Boutique specially reserves a personal time slot for you. During this appointment, a sales advisor will be ready to assist you in finding a suitable outfit.

Therefore, the following cancellation terms and conditions apply:

Cancellation or rescheduling
An appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start time. This can be done via the appointment confirmation email. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, we will charge a cancellation fee of €25.

No-show
If you do not show up for the appointment without cancelling in time, we will charge a no-show fee of €25. The reserved time slot can then no longer be offered to another customer.

Illness
Can you not make it due to illness? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly reschedule the appointment to another time. The €25 fee for rescheduling too late will be fully credited when you make a purchase during the new appointment.

Repeated late cancellations
If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled multiple times within 24 hours, or if someone repeatedly does not show up, we reserve the right not to schedule any further appointments.

Agreement
By scheduling an appointment, you declare that you have read and agree to these cancellation terms and conditions.
